Food allergy fun on Halloween – a public service video from Egg-Free Epicurean

How to Make Her Smile

Some day I hope to have as much fun editing video as Amy and the girls had planning and acting in this one.

This video dramatizes the benefits of planning a trade or exchange for food allergic children on Halloween.

After I began writing this blog series I discovered that FAAN has been advocating having safe sweets at home to trade for unsafe ones for years.

That said, as I’ve learned from Amy, who can get our girls excited about putting laundry away as if it were a game, instead of just transacting the trades, it’s better to play up the trading activity and celebrate it. If your children are having fun, so will you.
